Dr. Rose Mary Wilson, born and raised in Dubai, has always been surrounded by diverse cultures, which inspired her to serve multicultural communities. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina and earned her medical degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Wilson advanced her training at The Heights Hospital in Texas (formerly St. Joseph Medical Center), where she took on roles such as Interim Chief, Journal Club Coordinator, and Externship Coordinator. During her residency, she gained extensive experience in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgeries, as well as elective surgery, nerve surgery, sports medicine, and limb salvage. Her innovative research on lower extremity treatments, presented at national conferences, showcases her dedication to improving podiatric medicine.
Committed to community service, Dr. Wilson has participated in numerous medical missions and outreach programs worldwide, particularly those focused on serving underserved populations. She enjoys playing badminton, the piano, and cooking, and is actively involved in her church. She loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Wilson is excited to serve the multicultural community in Dallas at Southwest Foot and Ankle Center, where she looks forward to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, using her unique insights and surgical skills to improve patient outcomes.
